This blog and my soon-to-be courses, is an extension of me and what I love: fitness, health, and helping and connecting with moms.

I’m here to find solutions to your fitness and health problems as a mom, like Diastasis Recti, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Postpartum Depression, what exercises to do when pregnant or postpartum, and of course nutrition.

I know being a mom is a wonderful and hard role! Being a Stay-At-Home mom is a WHOLE OTHER world! You know what I’m saying!? Being at home can have BIG ups and downs, and that can leave you feeling a little crazy. When your fitness and health IS priority, life becomes easier, or at least more manageable.
